FAQ

Can I view samples of your work?

Yes, please browse the “Photos” section to see actual job site and project photos.

Do you provide free estimates?

We do more than just provide a “free estimate”. We endeavor to develop a professional working relationship with our clients. Our aim to establish a positive relationship whereby clients can explain their needs, ideas and vision and we can provide them with a plan of action to meet those needs and make their ideas a reality.

In some cases this is easily accomplished with a discussion over the phone, at other times it is best accomplished by an in home consultation.

In most cases we do not charge for an in home consultation. If you live outside of our normal service area we may require a small refundable fee to meet with you at home.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely!  Our goal is happy clients! All of our work is guaranteed to be completed in the agreed upon manner and to be free from defects in workmanship. In the unlikely event that a defect is found just give us a call and we will make it right!

Will you be doing the work or will it be done by people I don’t know?

We are a family company. One of two people will most likely be doing all of the work in your home. Occasionally, we may partner with trusted craftsman to accomplish a specialized task.

Is home repair and remodeling your full-time business or just a side job?

It is our full-time business. This allows us to devote our full attention to the needs of our clients and to complete our contracts in a timely manner. It also enables us to hone our skills and expand our range of services.

What are my payment options?

We gladly accept cash or personal checks. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, we do offer this service with the addition of a transaction fee to cover our increased costs.

Do I have to be home while you are working in my house?

Not necessarily, you may make arrangements to leave a key or have someone else let us in to complete prearranged work. Some of our clients arrange to be present when we start work on their home and then they feel free to get back to their normal routine.

Are you insured?

Yes, as professional contractors we carry liability insurance. This insurance protects you as the homeowner, in the event of accidental damage to your property.
